At FX Barcelona Film School we believe in talent and passion. It doesn't matter if you haven't completed high school or the university entrance exam; what matters here is your eagerness to learn and grow in the world of digital arts. If you are over 18 years old and want to make 3D animation, video games, or VFX your profession, then this degree is for you.
A 4-year degree with specialization
Our program is designed for you to learn the basics of digital arts and become an expert in the film and entertainment industry.
1st and 2nd academic years: You will learn the basics of digital arts with the most advanced techniques and software for VFX, 3D animation, and video games, while also gaining knowledge of film production. You will have a foundation in cinema and participate in shoots to work on cross-disciplinary projects.
During these first two academic years, we will support you in developing your talent so you can choose your specialization wisely.
3rd and 4th academic year: We guarantee your choice of professional specialization, allowing you to focus on what you are truly passionate about: VFX, 3D character animation, or 3D art for video games.
Guaranteed training in companies: In your last academic year, you will have your first contact with the professional world through curricular internships in a company, based on the specialization you have chosen.
Tutored final project: At the end of the last academic year, you will face your final individual project, tutored by the teachers, which along with your demo reel, will be your presentation card to the industry.
AlumniX Program: lifelong and free of charge, you will have professional support and guidance through the graduate program, being able to access the international job market whenever you need it.
Upon completing your training, you will have a professional demo reel/portfolio that will open doors in the job market for you.
