Scholarship Grant Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The registration period is from 07/15/25 to 08/05/25 at 23:59h

The resolution of the Scholarships will be issued immediately.

All audiovisual presentations in free format presented must be original and made by the applicant expressly for this scholarship.

Works that do not comply with the format, characteristics, and conditions described will be disqualified at the discretion of the organization.

Participants ensure that all works presented are truthful and original and do not infringe the rights of third parties.

In order to enjoy the scholarship, it is necessary to meet all specific requirements of the training for which the scholarship has been awarded.

Once the scholarship is accepted, if the cancellation of enrollment in the training is requested before its start,

it will lead to the cancellation of the scholarship award.

The scholarship is in no case exchangeable or refundable in cash and cannot be applied to other courses

and FX calls.

The selected candidates give their consent for their image, name, and submitted work to appear in all FX promotional materials.

Non-compliance with any of the obligations described in these terms and conditions or in the general regulations of the school will result in the loss of the granted scholarship.

DATA PROCESSING

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation -EU- 2016/679, according to articles 5, 6, and 7, and by the LOPD 3/2018 of December 5 on guarantee of digital rights, in its Title II and articles, you are informed that the Data Controller is:

BARCELONA 3D SCHOOL, SL, processes the information and personal data provided by individuals, in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner in relation to the data subject, for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes, and will not be further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes, the data will be adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and, if necessary, updated. All reasonable measures will be taken to ensure that personal data that is inaccurate is erased or rectified without delay with respect to the purposes for which it is processed.

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority. Personal data of the data subject will only be shared due to legal obligation, for accounting and tax processing, or for reasons related to the service offered by the company through a Service Provision contract between the Data Controller and the Data Processor.

IMAGE RIGHTS ASSIGNMENT
I hereby authorize and grant free of charge to BARCELONA 3D SCHOOL, SL. (hereinafter, the "School"), the capture of my image and/or sound, up to two years after the completion of my training with it, in accordance with Law 1/1982, of March 5, on the protection of the right to honor, privacy of family life, and self-image, by any technical means and in any media, known currently or that may be developed in the future, during the development of the school's activities and once finished, as well as the handling and processing of such images and recordings, and also authorize their dissemination, distribution, o public communication in any media, exclusively for informational, educational, or dissemination purposes.
I am informed of the validity of the enrollment.
I declare that I have read the Additional Enrollment Conditions and the General Regulations of FX Barcelona Film School attached to the Enrollment, which I fully accept and agree to comply with.
I consent to receiving electronically the communications related to the access and admission procedures formalized in this document at the email address provided.
