Summer is a great time to unwind and take a break, but also to reflect and learn. At FX ANIMATION, during the month of July, we open our classes to children, teenagers, and adults. Between July 2 and 27, children can find their passion and even their professional career, while teenagers can specialize, deepen their knowledge, or start a new career path. We explain all the courses below! **Summer School at FX ANIMATION (13 to 17 years old)** The **Summer School at FX ANIMATION Barcelona 3D & Film School** is aimed at children and teenagers between 13 and 17 years old. These are introductory courses to learn the basics of various topics or specialties in film, post-production, 3D, animation, photography, or video games. The goal of this introduction is to learn while having fun, in a practical way, with a final project involving applying the knowledge learned during the classes to a real production, depending on the chosen theme. The courses at the **Summer School at FX ANIMATION** are: - **Introduction to 3D**, with 2 different levels. Students will go through all the stages of 3D creation, from modeling to rendering. - **Introduction to Character Animation**, to learn the processes used by animation professionals. - **Introduction to Post-Production**, to become familiar with this concept and video editing to create the first short films. - **Introduction to Video Games**, covering the creative stages from conceptualization to configuring the game engine. - **Introduction to Photoshop**, covering the process from taking the photograph to the final touch-ups. - **Introduction to Cinema**, an opening to the world of cinema through experience. In addition to all these courses, you can choose the so-called **Young Pack**, which includes one of the **introductions** and **Photoshop editing**. This pack and the **Introduction to Cinema** course have schedules from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., while the rest have two shifts: from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., on the same days of the week. In all cases, the duration is 1 month, and there are 15 available spots. Additionally, to facilitate the arrival and return from the classes, FX ANIMATION organizes, as an optional service, bus transportation from Plaça de Catalunya to our facilities.
